BIOGRAPHY

Boston-based alternative rock band trio MonsterbooK is comprised of distinctively-voiced front man "Ack", and brothers "KevMannDude" and "Q".  Driven by a shared creative fire and years of collaboration, each member brings a unique, inventive, and deep enthusiasm to the identity of this art rock alliance.

 

Listening to the band’s music, one can hear various influences ranging from 70’s Bowie, to 80's Duran Duran, to modern day Killers.  Shades of Springsteen and The Pixies permeate the lyrical storytelling. Their songcraft reveals an  honest and passionate examination of collectively diverse life-experience, seasoned with wit and hope, humor and darkness.
